Stéphanie was perfect! She did ask lot of question about our kitten prior to visit, as food preference, outside permitted or not, toys...she then provided update and picture. Will recommend her without a doubt.

Great communication, got daily updates with videos and pictures. Came home to a clean house and happy kitties.

Steph looked after our kitten again whilst we were on holiday for 2 weeks. She did another great job of looking after him and provided regular photo updates. We came back to a very happy cat. Will definitely be asking Steph to look after Baloo again in the future.

Stephanie is great with Cookie. She takes care of her, does little extras and of course sends lovely updates (so lovely that I’m trying to not get jealous of their great time together ;-) Stephanie is also very reiable around the flat. I don’t think twice about leaving my keys with her knowing she is responsible and will take care of anything needed around Cookie. 5 stars indeed!

Steph took great care of our hyperactive kitten Baloo whilst we were away for the weekend. She was very responsive to messages when booking and came to meet Baloo a few days before - she was very friendly and it was evident she had lots of experience with cats. First time we'd left Baloo for a weekend but we needn't have worried as Steph provided regular updates and pictures and we could tell he was in good hands. Would definitely recommend Steph and will be booking her again in the future :-)

Steph was absolutely excellent taking care of our 8 year old cat, Amber. Amber isn't exactly an easy cat to look after given she's a rescue and generally terrified of strangers. Most of our cat sitters have never seen our cat (her food just magically disappears when they're gone). Steph clearly had Amber fall in love with her - daily pictures of cuddles as proof. It made going away so much easier. Thanks Steph!

Steph took great care of our two cats while we were away on holiday! She was very easy to communicate with and sent us pictures each time she visited. One of our cats got sick while we were away and Steph was incredibly helpful and even get our stubborn little kitten to take his meds. Highly recommend booking Steph!

Stephanie was very reliable and caring towards our catto, Ivan. She sent us video and photo updates of Ivan and even helped out when I forgot to cancel the delivery of some groceries to our flat. She and Ivan clearly got along and he was his usual self when we returned. Totally recommend Stephanie as a catsitter!

Stephanie is an incredible cat sitter, very helpful, and flexible when plans change. Judging by the regular picture updates, I’m quite sure our cat is entirely besotted with her and we felt really relaxed knowing she was there whilst we were away during Christmas.

Stephanie came to meet me and my cats before I went away. She is very friendly and it's clear she's got the touch! she sent me pictures everyday and it was very reassuring knowing my cats were in such good hands.

Steph came Highly recommended and we can see why. I came home to happy chilled out kitties who although notoriously antisocial, Steph had befriended and fussed and kept them chipper even with all the fireworks going on that weekend. Stephanie took care of our two cats while we were away this summer. She was great with them and cats seem to be really comfortable with her! They were happy and relaxed when we came back, we would recommend her.

Wonderful as always. I've booked Stephanie a few times now to come and stay with our Siamese cat Molly overnight when we are away. Molly gets lonely and anxious if she's on her own too long, but when Stephanie has been to stay she's always happy and chilled out when we get back. Stephanie is very reliable - and she seems to be a bit of a cat whisperer too!

Once again, Steph was super! We were away for around 10 days and really worried about our needy cat Lucy being alone. Steph helped out twice a day, and did house sitting for us, which really put our minds at ease and helped us to enjoy our vacation. We received pictures and an update every day, and Lucy (despite being picky about who she likes) warmed up to Steph right away. Thank you!

I left my kitten in Stephanie's care for a few days and was worried that I would find my flat trashed upon my return, as she usually makes me pay for leaving her. I came home to a relaxed kitten and an almost normal looking flat. I am very pleased about how Stephanie took care of her, sent me little messages with updates while i was away and even a picture of her playing. I will use her services again and I definitely recommend her!

Steph was great - my usual cat sitter couldn't make it so Steph filled in. She updated me every day with photos of my cat, responded quickly to all my texts, and there were no complaints from my feline friend when I got back from holiday! Would definitely recommend.

Lucy our cat was a little unwell when we left and Steph was great with her. Lucy can be a little tricky, but she warmed up to Steph and we really appreciated having someone cat sit to spend a little extra time with her - and of course, all the photos! Thank you!!

Our lovely cats are definitely very happy about Steph! She’s our first cat sitter in London and we were a bit worried to find the right person. Our cats felt immediately confident with her. She has taken care of them with attention. She’s accurate and precise person. We have appreciated daily texts and photos during our Xmas holidays.

We have recently moved to the area and needed a new cat sitter whilst we went away for a week. We initially choose Stephanie because of her excellent reviews on the website.

She was extremely easy to contact, even replying to me whilst she was on holiday to arrange a time for us to meet and introduce her to our cats.

When meeting, it was immediately clear that she knows a huge amount about cats and has a lot of experience looking after them. Despite being ridiculously over protective of our two Ragdolls, we felt reassured that Stephanie would be visiting twice a day and ensuring that they were ok.

Stephanie was also excellent at keeping us updated on her visits, sending us regular pictures and messages which were hugely appreciated.

Very trustworthy and personable, would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

Stephanie looked after my cat Alan for a week. She was excellent. Communicated well, sent updates and she definitely has a rapport with cats. I felt really confident and comfortable with Stephanie looking after Alan and I will definitely use her services again.

We cannot recommend Stephanie highly enough. She came to our rescue last minute when our regular pet-sitter became ill and we needed to find someone good to look after our shy 5-year-old cat, boisterous 5 month-old kitten and indoor/outdoor bunny. Not only did she win over both of our cats in a single sniff, she quickly got the hang of looking after a bunny for the first time. We received texts and picture updates every day, and nothing was too much trouble - or messy - for Stephanie, who is a genuine animal lover and super-reliable.

Stephanie did a great job of looking after our cats and flat. Our cats came dashing over the wall in the garden when she came to drop off the keys so they obviously liked her! Litter tray nice and tidy and right amount of food and water when we came back.

Steph was completely wonderful with my cat Spike last week. He can be quite shy with people he doesn't know but was headbutting her in no time. I really appreciated the twice daily text updates to hear that all was well and came home to find a very happy, well looked after boy. We just used Steph to look after our cats Alice and Milo while we were on holiday. She popped over to meet them and immediately put me at ease, she's friendly and calm, and asked all the right questions, which made me confident she'd really look after our cats. While we were away she texted me daily and sent photos, and we returned home to two very happy, content cats! I would wholeheartedly recommend Steph as a cat sitter, not only is she trustworthy and reliable, but our cats were beautifully looked after and clearly had a lovely week!

Steph is a first rate cate sitter. It was late on a Saturday night when I first emailed her, and to my surprise she replied straight away. From Glastonbury! That's what I call dedication. She came over to meet the gang pretty much as soon as she got back to London and it was immediately obvious how much she loves cats. My three kittens are always quite shy with new people but they took to her quickly. I had decided to see two cat sitters and choose the one I liked best, and Steph was completely understanding about that. As it turned out, the other sitter cancelled, and when I texted Steph to ask if she was still interested she came back to me quickly to say yes. Also she was happy for me to drop the keys at her house, which gave me extra peace of mind.

While I was away Steph sent me updates and pictures, and even came back again when I got home to drop off the keys. And to top it all off she charges way less than other sitters on CIAF. I'm going away on honeymoon later this year and have already booked her to look after the gang.

I can't rate Steph highly enough. It's never easy to trust a stranger in your home and your kitties, but with Steph I had no doubts and neither did my furry masters!

Steph is a friend of mine and whenever I go away I never hesitate in giving her a set of keys so that she can pop in and check on Crumbs. She's a fellow cat enthusiast so plays with her lots and gives plenty of cuddles. Crumbs is also on a strict diet which Steph stuck too without fail. Crumbs is a house cat due to having FIV so its extremely important that she does not get let out and that she is kept an eye on in case any health issues arise. Its always a worry to go away and leave her in the hands of someone else but I've never had to worry when I leave her in Steph's capable hands.

Steph is a first-rate sitter. She obviously adores cats, and could not have been more friendly and professional with us. I felt absolute confidence that my cat was in good hands, and would use her again without hesitation

Both cats took to her instantly, which is unusual as they can be a little shy around new people at first. I am normally very nervous about leaving my cats when I go on holiday, but was immediately put at ease by Steph as I could tell she is definitely a fellow cat lover! During our trip, I received texts from Steph with updates on how the cats were getting on with some pictures too which was great! On our return home both cats were happy & had been well looked after.

I would recommend Steph to look after your feline friends, and will definitely be asking her to sit for us again, she’s great!
