Great first time experience with the service. Rachel had amazing communication and Cleo looked happy and taken care off when I returned

Rachel took really good care of our cats whilst we were on holiday, building a great bond with them, playing with them and giving treats and getting our cats to take their medication. We got updates during every visit, photos and videos and honestly couldn't be happier. She did an amazing job and we will book again. Thank you Rachel!

Rachel was perfect, made us feel immediately that our cat was in the safest hands and sent us regular lovely updates on how she was getting on while we were away. Rachel took time to meet Juno and gain her trust before the booking. She is very friendly, took on board comments about Junos character and took great care of her for me. I got several updates which were great and very reassuring.

Rachel looked after my cat Cleo whilst I was away for a week on holiday. This is the second time she has taken care of her whilst I’ve been away. As usual she done a sterling job, she is always very patient with her as she is quite timid. Rachel also takes the time to send daily updates and videos so I know she is in good hands.

Thank you Rachel for looking after Remi! Updates and pictures were sent every day which was lovely as I was missing my boy. Came home to find Remi happy and healthy. xx

Rachel was a wonderful person to have look after our cat. She was super friendly and kind, sent us lots of updates on how he was doing and she even put our bin out when she noticed the neighbours had done theirs. She was so respectful in our home and with our keys and I’d 100% use her services again. Our cat loved her and she gave him lots of love🖤

Rachel agreed to look after Cleo fairly last minute before I went off on holiday. Communication was prompt and professional. I immediately felt confident I’d found a good sitter for Cleo in my absence. I was kept updated with daily texts, photos and videos on how she was. Rachel took the time to make Cleo feel at ease and comfortable with her.

Rachel was extremely reliable and took very good care of my cat Boo. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Me and Rachel had great communication throughout her visits, and I always got pictures and videos every time she was with the cats. The cats seemed super happy and content with her and I felt very comfortable leaving my babies in her care. Highly recommend!

Rachel was fab looking after my 2 boys and I'd highly recommend her. I was a bit nervous about leaving them for the first time, but Rachel was great with Mack and Chino and provided me with daily updates and videos. My boys are also rescues and a bit unsure of new people but they came around to Rachel very quickly and allowed fuss and cuddles. Will definitely use again as I came home to two very happy cats and Rachel's communication was great :)

Rachael was an amazing sitter. My girls all loved her and she bonded with them quickly. I had twice daily updates and she clearly genuinely cared about the cats. I hope she is able to look after them all again

Rachel was absolutely fantastic. She replied within minutes of me messaging, came to meet Flump beforehand, was happy to stay overnight, and kept me updated with lots of pictures while I was away. She was so kind with him and he took to her instantly, which is impressive because he can be a bit standoffish with strangers! I’d recommend Rachel to everyone who wants their cat to be well looked after while they’re away.

Rachel looked after our boy Cosmo. She came for a visit before we left and took She'll n board all of our requests for Cosmo's care. Communication was great throughout. Rachel was flexible and extended her visit times to suit our needs. She kept us up to date with texts, photos and videos and even agreed to additional visits allowing us to extend our holiday by an extra night. The place was lovely and tidy on our return and had ever been hoovered. Cosmo seemed happy and relaxed when we arrived home. I would happily recommend Rachel for your cat sitting needs.

She was very kind and did her job responsibly. The cats were in a good shape and good mood when we came back from our holiday. She never forgot to send images about the cats. She took care not just of our cats but our emotional need too to feel that the kitties are in safe and good hands while we are out.

Rachel looked after our 2 cats for just over 2 weeks while we were in Australia. Our older cat is over 20 years old and has to be given pain killers twice a day. He also occasionally pees outwith the litter trays which can be quite challenging. Rachel did a fantastic job of looking after our two wee cats while we away, giving Mincey his medication every day, changing training pads and litter trays when necessary and keeping our flat clean and tidy. She also provided us with daily updates and photos of the cats which was great for peace of mind. My partner and I would both highly recommend her as a highly reliable and professional cat sitter. Rachel went out of her way to be extremely helpful and ease our worries about leaving our little kitty for a few days and we couldn't be more grateful for her regular updates and wonderful care. We came home to a happy, content kitty that immediately rolled over for tummy tickles! Can't ask for more than that!

Rachel is a superstar, I was very apprehensive to go on holiday and have someone look after our big lad. But once Rachel came over to meet Pandy we all clicked straight away. Rachel came twice a day giving us daily updates, took him out on his harness and sent pictures which was amazing and kept me from frettinb about him. Pandy now has a new auntie and we can go away in the future knowing he will be spoiled and looked after by a reliable, trustworthy fellow animal lover.
