We booked Francesca twice already and we are really happy with her taking care of Matilda. I especially like that she extremely reliable, always gives us updates and photos when we're traveling and Matilda seems always happy and content when we're coming back... sometimes even disappointed to see us rather than Francesca 😅. Definitely recommend!

Francesca was fantastic, always communicative, sending pictures and videos, giving attention, was great to see my shy cats getting issued and comfortable with her. Definitely will book with her in the future.

I communicated with Francesca from overseas and she liaised with my London housesitters to arrange key pick-up and cat feeding details. She kept me updated via WhatsApp before and during the booking. The pair were very pleased indeed to have Francesca back to play. It’s been a year yet they remembered her as soon as she walked in the lounge and went straight over for a nuzzle. I returned to very chilled puddies.

Francesca was amazing! She came to meet my cat morris before I left for an introduction & to talk through his needs. He is a rescue and can be tricky with new people, but her calm & patience won him over. She went the extra mile to spend quality time playing, brushing & cuddling him, & I felt so relaxed knowing he was in such safe hands ❤️

I couldn't have wished for a more perfect sitter for the puddies. From the moment I met Francesca it was clear that I would be leaving them in caring and capable hands.
