About Me

Kind and Caring Cat Sitter in Edinburgh

Hello,

My name is Robyn and I've owned cats from the age of 8. I'm animal daft and currently own my own lovely rescue cat Phoebe and our crazy staffy Moby with my Husband, Dale.

I work in the Scottish Government in Wildlife Management policy and really enjoy this work. In the past I have worked in my local vets handling a wide variety of animals and went onto study Vet Nursing at University before deciding an academic career wasn't for me.

I've got very good intuition with cats given my experience with working in the vet clinic, I recognise that they have different personalities and respect their space if needed or cuddle up and play if they prefer.

Being an owner of two furr-babies myself I love to be kept updated on how they are getting on when I am away - I would be more than happy to share pictures and videos of your Moggy so you know they are happy and content!

I will ensure that your cat is given fresh food and water each day, let out or kept in and their litter trays emptied to your instructions exactly so you have peace of mind.

    Robyn is a brilliant Catsitter. She has looked after Tilda twice now and both times have been completely smooth. Tilda has really bonded with Robyn which is lovely and I can see they are best friends. The communication has been great so I can relax knowing the tiny princess is in good hands. Highly recommended 😊

    Second time Robyn has fed our cats while we are away , this booking a little longer than the first . Very happy with everything, reliable and trustworthy, daily updates and good communication before and during the booking . Most importantly the cats are very happy and relaxed on our return . Highly recommended.

    Very happy , easy coms to organise keys / visits and received daily video updates . Robyn has a natural rapport with the cats , even with our slightly grumpy Pixie ! They are very relaxed on our return , seem to have been well looked after! We will definitely try to book Robyn again for future trips .

    Robyn was great, reliable, trustworthy, and my cats were happy! Robyn sent quite a few photos/updates over my long time away and having met her before, I was reassured that my house and kitties were in good hands, and she was in fact great. Hoping to use her again soon ( already booked!)

    Robyn was friendly and put us at ease when she visited us before the cat sit. Her communication was excellent - she sent us photos or videos every day. Boo, our cat was perfectly happy when we returned. We would definitely use Robyn again and highly recommend her.

    Robyn was absolutely amazing. I was nervous about putting my cats in the hands of a stranger, but as soon as we had our introduction I felt at ease. Poseidon is a very nervous cat who isn’t keen on strangers or being touched, but seemed to warm to Robyn right away! I received pictures and videos which reassured me, will 100% use again
