Michelle is absolutely fantastic. Great in-app communication & arranged a meet-and-greet very quickly. She was also great at arranging to pick up keys for the booking & have a walk-through of Lyra's routine/needs. I received daily updates, could tell Lyra was being well looked after, & came home to a happy & relaxed cat. Already booked again!

Michelle was fab, she is very friendly and fab with our cats! She stayed overnight for a week, which was very reassuring to have her do for us as we have a kitten & a cat that are quite new being together. She sent daily updates & left our house clean and tidy :) we will definitley be using her again and recommend her to anyone!

Michelle is so knowledgeable and obvloves cats. I've got a geriatric 17 year old and it's a comfort that as he ages he has someone he trusts. Highly recommend, Michelle is always the first sitter I contact.

We found Michelle at the last minute. We were both positively reassured on her first visit. She made a good connection with Cleo, too. Her almost daily reports (would have been daily but problem with phone) were very positive, and meant we could enjoy our holiday without worry. We highly recommend Michelle.

We have just used Michelle for the first time, and very pleased. Michelle was a lovely sitter for our 12 year old cat! We appreciated the 'meet and greet' and being kept uptodate with photos. He seemed cheerful upon our return home. No issues and will utilise Michelle again! 😻

This was the first time I had used CIAF, so I wasn't sure what to expect and was nervous leaving my cats. However, Michelle put my mind at rest at the meet and greet. She kept us up to date with photos and answered my messages when I became the paranoid mum! I would definitely recommend Michelle.

Michelle looked after my 3 indoor cats for a week, doing overnight sits. Being indoor cats it was important that they had company throughout the week. They have quite different needs with medication and nervous dispositions and Michelle was confident about making them all feel settled. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I didn't know that Michelle does a nose to tail health check on each visit. It was reassuring to know that she picked up on a minor issue as she is more likely to notice changes visit-to-visit rather than my daily contact with Bob. This is so reassuring; absolutely what you need when leaving much love pets behind when working away. Thank you💞

This is the second time Michelle has looked after our two cats and I can’t rate her highly enough. This time we needed 2x visits daily, 12hrs apart to ensure our cat could have his insulin injections. Michelle was incredibly accommodating and understanding of this which meant we could relax knowing that our cats were happy and well looked after.

I arrived home to a happy Bob cat. Travel delays were a worry so knowing that Michelle and Martin were booked in for 2 visits per day was very much appreciated.

Michelle and Martin have been an absolute godsend. They came to visit before the actual holiday and got to know me and my cat. They have kept me updated for the whole two weeks with photos and the communication has been amazing. My cat absolutely loves them both and I’ll be using them for every holiday I go on, I wouldn’t trust anyone else.
