Experienced cat sitter / foster, ready for any purrsonality!

Hello there! I'm Yan, a mid-20s female originally from Hong Kong. My cat journey began when I adopted my first stray kitten, Macy, at age 12; since then I have taken care of over 15+ cats, ranging from 4-weeks to 13 years old, mostly as a foster volunteer.

It gives me immense joy to get to know a cat and learn how to interact with them in their uniquely preferred way. Sadly, I currently live in a pet-free household and therefore would LOVE (read: crave) to meet and take care of your feline roommate(s). I look forward to working with you, to make sure your cats will be at ease, and human hearts at peace!

I am completely flexible in giving cats what they need - be it space, cuddles, play-time, or even training for tricks (success rate for high-fives ~0 - 20%). I do not pester cats and generally refrain from picking them up (unless it's what they like). It's all about respect and reciprocity in my opinion.

As for more difficult cats, with my experience in socializing kittens/ferals I can also provide support for cats that are going through more of a transitional phase.

I have a full-time job and am best suited for arrangements where I do not need to be with the cat during the weekdays; however working from home can definitely be arranged if needed.
