Joanna brought an incredible level of understanding, empathy and care to our shy cat, Dervla that exceeded all expectations! They became quick pals, which was great to see in her thoughtful communication. This really allowed us to have a sense of peace. She was also really considerate in the immaculate state she left our home! Highly recommend!!
