I'm a painter, I paint colourful abstracts and botanical drawings. I love cooking, dancing, art and felines, especially cats. I've had cats since I was six years old. My primary school teacher handed me a little ginger ball of fur and told me to take him home to my mum. My mum was unsure, but I took the overnight bottlefeed shift and she fed him while I was at school. He was my little lion, grew up strong and feisty, and I taught how to play ball, he was the best goalkeeper :)

Since then there have been another four gorgeous and unique cats that brightened up my life.

I rescued my current cat Charlie, a 15 years old shy but affectionate boy who was at risk of being put down because his previous owner developed dementia and nonone wanted a senior cat. He comes purring on my ear every morning just before my alarm clock rings Xx

Cats get very relaxed around me, they love my cuddles but I'll not pick them up or chased them. I give them the time they need to be able to come to me. When they do, they get a head to tail stroke which they love. Then they get a treat and an invitation to sit on my lap.
