All my best friends are cats

I’m a self-employed animator working remotely from either home in Hanover or my studio in the North Laine. I have one, wonderful, very chatty senior cat at the moment but have known and grown up with many more. Mr T, my current four-legged family member, is a survivor of bowel cancer and Feline Orofacial Pain Syndrome. He is now in good remission for these conditions since 2019, and I am now much more knowledgeable and confident about administering veterinary medicine and keeping an eye on a cat’s health and well-being. I have cared for cats from kitten-hood to “retirement years” and can keep pace with lots of play or can be very still around nervous cats. I have popped in for the cats of friends and family and have stayed overnight on a few occasions.

I’m happy to feed cats and administer medication, clean litter boxes and play. I’m also happy to just sit with your cat and offer affection on their terms. My current cat is very relaxed about petting but I grew up with cats that were very temperamental about touch so I know how to approach all kinds of cat to make sure they feel comfortable. I’m always between Hanover and the North Laine but can walk to other areas of Brighton too :)
