Lorna was really friendly and really patient- our cat was a no show for the meet and greet and was elusive for the drop ins but was settling into it and clearly was being made comfortable. Great communication and piccies. First time we’ve used this kind of service and could not fault Lorna. Highly recommended.

They were really good, my cats seemed very happy with them and they very relaxed. They done everything I ask them to do so I totally recommend them
