Purrrfect Cat Sitting

Hi there, I’m Shannon I am currently living in London and working with a mental health service within the NHS. I have always been brought up with different animals, such as rabbits and hamsters, but mostly I have always had dogs and cats in my care. I worked in a kennels which also had a cattery for several years when I was younger. I can adapt to all cat personalities and their unique quirks!

Throughout my years I have had to look after my cats when my parents went away and made sure they were looked after for their return. At present I have a small ginger cat called Dave who was from the Cats Protection charity, actually all the cats I have had are from a cat charity, I have had older and younger cats to try settle in to their new home. Although I do not live at home anymore when I go visit I always bring a treat for Dave to ensure he is the happiest cat around.

It is never easy leaving your furry pal behind when having to go away, so I will always keep you updated and with daily photos and videos.

I am happy to give medication to cats I use to do this at the cattery all the time and for my cats back at home, if your cat needs medication let me know how to administer to your cat to ensure you are comfortable before leaving them in my care.

I do love giving cats all the attention they desire, such as cuddles, head scratches or belly rubs (if they allow this of course…), but I will also respect if the cat wants some distance and is not comfortable enough to engage with me yet, I would hope to build that rapport with them over time so they can trust me. Anything your cat desires I am here. I am happy to do overnight stays as well if needed, I also have a car so able to travel.
