About Me

Experienced and caring 30 year old female cat sitter who has fostered and owned many cats in the past.

Hello! I’m Vanessa, a self employed Etsy business owner and passionate animal lover! Prior to fostering cats for catsprotection, I owned 4 amazing cats in Germany. Then I moved to england 10 years ago, and was fostering around 15-20 cats who all found loving homes. Now, I am lucky to call a former stray mine. My Charlie is a little over 1 year old and was adopted by us at the beginning of this year.

Currently, I’m cat sitting various cats in Fulwood and surrounding areas. I usually feed the cats 2x a day, change their water, clean out their litters, play and cuddle with them. 😸 (as per request)

I will feed your pets the amount of food they require. I don’t mind measuring up first by weighing. I will clean their bowls (both water, and food) daily. Their litter tray will be checked everyday and emptied. Daily cuddles and play time is also important as cat lover 😸 I will send pictures and videos to keep your mind at ease and hopefully make you miss them a little less on your travels.

    Vanessa looked after our boys over a long weekend and she was amazing! The boys loved her and warmed up to her super quickly! We received lots of updates and pictures which was great! We will 1000% be asking Vanessa to look after our boys again :)

    Vanessa was brilliant as usual, with regular videos and pictures and updates on our cat Ziggy whilst we were away, sent via Whatsapp. It makes us enjoy our holiday more knowing that Ziggy is in safe hands. Thanks once again Vanessa!

    As always, Vanessa was brilliant, sending me regular pictures and updates. This was particularly important this time as he was sick a few times whilst we were away - this was probably just due to fur-balls, but Vanessa handled the situation brilliantly and he was fine when we got home.

    We were concerned about finding a cat sitter who would be suitable for our nervous cat, Ziggy. We contacted Vanessa & she came to meet him & he took to her straight away. She was very calm and patient with him and I cannot recommend her enough. She sent videos and pictures from every visit whilst we were away by WhatsApp. Thank you Vanessa!
