Cami the Cat mum

We have always owned cats within the family. Our first cat Sheba was a part of the family for 8 years, and our last cat Milo lived a very long and happy life with us for 16 years. He was a very adventurous cat and definitely made himself known with his sweet cries and loud paw steps! He would sit anywhere that wasn’t an actual bed set up for him (my paperwork, the settee, our beds). I’m an animal lover overall and most certainly a cat lover - I love their independence, sense of play and adventure, and the attitude, and most of all how cuddly and soothing they are when they purr.

We now have a brother and sister kitten duo living with us that we adopted from the Mayhew animal home. Loki (name appropriate because he is very mischievous!) is an adorable short haired black and white kitten, and Luna is a beautiful calico kitten who has surprised us with how affectionate she can be! Loki enjoys playing hide and seek and Luna purrs instantly when you stroke her and enjoys a good belly rub.

I have done cat sitting twice for a nearby couple when they went away for Christmas and just very recently. The cat is very shy around new people but she came out when food had been put in her plate which pleasantly surprised the owners! I also changed her litter tray, and cleaned any mess that she made within the house and stayed for about an hour just so she had company.

I am happy to do all of the above - I have experience administering medication in cat food (both tablet and liquid) and more than happy to stay overnight if required.
