Cat and Pet Sitter

I'm an actor living in London, I also have a day job for a tech company who are based in North London, but have been super flexible on their remote working policy since before the pandemic, so I have lots of choice about my hours and office location - and I am, to my core, a people and animal person. I grew up with pets in the family my whole life, and I have spent a lot of the last few years living in London taking care of pets of friends and those who my friends have ended up recommending me to, so that I can be close to animals again. One day I'm hoping I'll be able to afford owning my own cat. Unfortunately that's not me at the moment, but that means I'm hugely grateful to spend time with the cats I take care of. It's a genuine joy, and also a responsibility I always take seriously, knowing how much I would do to protect and look after the pets I was lucky enough to love as a kid.

Things I've got experience with in my time looking after cats/pets:

• Looking after cats with medical conditions who need multiple medicines giving to them daily
• Looking after a cat in heat
• Looking after kittens
• Looking after up to 5 cats in one household
• Looking after indoor/house cats
• Looking after outdoor cats
• Living with cats in London for 3+ years (but not owned)
• Staying in homes of pet owners to look after their house and their pet

(Might be totally obvious, but thought it worth mentioning that "Looking after" covers everything from feeding to scooping/changing litter trays to company and general affection - I know it's not always in the cat's nature, but if they're excited to play, to cuddle, or both of the aforementioned, that's more than great with me!)
