Thank you Lisa for looking after furry baby Teddy! Our cat is normally not very responsive with new people, but Lisa was welcomed from very first day. The photos and updates were very reassuring. We came back from holiday to a very happy cat! We would definitely recommend Lisa.

Lisa has been absolutely fantastic and looked after my lovely ladies whilst we were away. They are super settled and happy and I can't thank her more! Fingers crossed she has availability next year in August!

During our time away Lisa was incredibly communicative and really attentive to our cats' needs. She looked after them superbly and catered to their varying needs, keeping us constantly in the loop with updates and photos. 10/10.

We had Lisa look after our cats for third time, she really does go above and beyond in caring for our cats it's nice to be able to leave them with someone you can trust. She took good care with our eldest that was ill. Even our shyest cat who normally hides was loving being fussed and having a new friend. I would definitely recommend Lisa!

Lisa was great! She came round to meet me and our cats before we went away. She was absolutely lovely and took down notes of what they needed so I didn’t have to leave one. Lisa sent me loads of pics while we were away and both cats looked so happy. We’ll definitely ask Lisa to look after Bea and Darcy again!

Lisa has looked after our cat, Joey, several times whilst we have been away. Each time we get lots of updates and we arrive back to a happy cat. It is very reassuring for us to know he is in safe & reliable hands in his home environment.

This was our first time using catinaflat and it won't be the last. Lisa was very professional and kept me up to date with how our animals were doing. We loved seeing the photos she sent daily and I was at ease knowing our cat and hamster were in very capable, caring hands. It was great to know our cat wasn't confined in a cattery (which he hated) and was able to stay in his own home and garden.

Lisa helped us out at extremely short notice yet nothing was too much trouble for her! She came over the night before we were due to leave to meet Pumpkin and go over our requirements etc. Whilst we were away, Lisa sent us multiple updates throughout the day and communicated well with us, which put our minds at ease and we really appreciated that. When it looked like our flight home was going to be delayed, Lisa had no trouble hanging onto our key for longer just to make sure our fur baby could still be looked after if we ended up being stuck abroad. When we got home, our cat was so relaxed and happy, which is quite the opposite to how we usually come home to find her and is testament to how brilliant Lisa had looked after her. She was honestly a star throughout and after previous bad experiences with other sitters, we cannot praise her enough! We will definitely be using her again in future.

Returned to a happy and content cat!

Lisa came to our rescue for our festive getaway and we were so pleased we found her! I was apprehensive leaving my girls but our initial meeting put me at ease. She not only came in and fed my girls but she spent time with them and made sure they were happy and stimulated in my absence. I came home to two very relaxed kitties and I won’t hesitate in asking Lisa to look after our girls again. I wholeheartedly recommend her if you are looking for someone to look after you fluffy babies! Thanks Lisa :)

Lisa was absolutely fantastic with our two kitties - we had lots of updates and photos for peace of mind that they were okay, Lisa played lots with them and you could tell she really cared about their happiness and wellbeing. Lisa did everything we asked, including administering some medicine one of our cats needed! She was also more than happy to look after our Guinea Pig too and ensure she had food and water for the week. Would highly recommend and will definitely be contacting Lisa the next time we go away. We were quite anxious about leaving the cats for 2 weeks while going abroad, having never really left them for longer than 5-6 days before.

Lisa kept us in the loop with stories and photos while we were away, and the cats seemed very relaxed and happy when we got back. She played with them, gave them cuddles and kept them happy, fed and contented.

It was really comforting to see photos of the cats on her lap just chilling out! It allowed us to enjoy our holiday just that bit more.

Will absolutely use Lisa again when we're next away.
