Professional cat sitter for many years

I am a professional cat sitter new to the area having worked at Kitty Angels for 4 years and looking after friends cats and other pets. I have been a cat owner most of my life.

My last cat was Charlie who now lives with my son. He is beautiful tabby rescue cat from the Cat Protection League who had a difficult start in life. We had lost our black cat Oliver 7 months earlier and went to an adoption day. Charlie was sat facing the wall ignoring everyone, until his foster mum dangled a bit of string and he looked and pawed at it before turning back to the wall. When she explained what had happened to him I knew he was the one for us, so we gave him a forever home.

After a few months he started to come out of his shell and slowly, his real personality emerged. A loving, friendly, confident cat never afraid of a good mollycoddling!

The cats that have been a part of my life are Marmalade, Ceefor, Gemini, Tasha, Oliver, Charlie, Winston and Padme (the kitten in my profile picture)

Nothing has ever been too much trouble for my cats and those I have looked after, special food, tablets and injections

I have signed the petition for compulsory reporting of road traffic collisions with cats and am following the debates around this. I am also a supporter of Gizmo’s Law.

Each cat is different, has their own personality and needs will vary. I am experienced in medication administration and will update you on how your cats are getting on with photos while you are away.

I am happy to do 1 or 2 visits a day or stay overnight and I like to make sure your cat feels as comfortable as possible in their own home. Each visit will include feeding, litter cleaning and playtime, chasing string or ribbon, tinkly toys or playing with toy fish, toy mice etc. I can also water plants and look after other pets.
