Cat sitter in London

We hired Dani for a daily visit while we were away for the festive season. We were not convinced by the daily updates which were quite light or did not come at all without us asking (twice out of 9 days). Then we came home to 2 extremely dirty litter trays. It seems Dani just scooped the surface leaving the bottom of the trays soaked/covered with urine blocks (clamping litter). The quantity we had to remove was more than what we usually get in a week... This is not what we asked or paid for and definitely not what we want for our cat. As a result he was not comfortable using his trays and peed all over our doormat. She did top up with fresh litter and hoover the scattered litter around the trays though. Also the feeding part seemed ok. We won't hire Dani again and would not recommend her services either.

Dani stayed with our cats for two night. They were very happy and relaxed when we got home, Dani had no problems giving our diabetic cat his twice daily injections and sent us regular photos and was always quick to reply to any message. I highly recommend Dani and hope she will catsit again for us in the future!
