Experienced cat fosterer and cat sitter

I am Lizzie and I am mad about cats. I have volunteered with the Bristol and Wales cat rescue and have fostered over 25 cats, stopping in 2016 when one lovely Bengal decided that she should be the last! Sadly she was a very old cat when adopted and passed away. My home in Weston is like a mini nature reserve with over 20 different types of bird, there are field mice and lots of squirrels (who now come and knock at the for for monkey nuts!). For this reason, I haven't been able to have a cat again while there is so much bird activity, but also for a while it felt too soon after Little Bit (my Bengal) passing. The right indoor cat hasn't come along, but also I have been hoping to travel more. I'm not in Bristol now, so too far out to cat foster and I have been looking to work from home, just in other parts of the country and maybe world! I have lots of experience with cats, fostering over 25 from 2013-2016 and then adopting Little Bit. I have cat sat for a number of friends and am really understanding of the many different cat temperaments! I also cat/house sit through another site and now have a number of regulars. I can be very flexible, and I understand how hard it can be to leave your cat and that actually they need more than someone just popping by to fill up a bowl.

I have experience with so many different cats, I would really listen to what you tell me your cat needs. Whether that's someone quiet to creep in and top up the bowl, or an evening of games and cuddles. I also have experience with cats with medical needs.
