Melanie was great with my kitties! A true cat lover and paid attention to detail. She managed to get my shy Spyros to feel comfortable with her very early. She was very accommodating with all my instructions, requests and even worries. I was also glad to find the bottom of the litter tray clean from clumping litter :) I highly recommend Mel!
