Richard was great as always! He sent photos of our cat every day to let us know that everything was okay, and he kept in touch about any questions he had.

Our cat had also recently started on new medication, and it was a great peace of mind knowing that Richard was very comfortable giving it to her. I wouldn't hesitate to book Richard again!

As usual Richard has taken best possible care of my old lady. The daily photos are always a delight as are his comments. I couldn’t be happier and actually changed the date of my trip as Richard was not available when I first checked. He’s also a lovely person.
