Responsible, caring, trustworthy Islington based cat owner

Hi - having worked in the corporate world for far too many years working with big brands, I've jumped off that bandwagon. Now I'm following my passions including looking after cats. I also do volunteering for a number of charities.through volunteering (Felix/Foodcycle/Canal River Trust).

Being a traveller, I know it's important to know your pets are safe and happy and your house is secure whilst you're away. I have used the 'Cats in a flat' community website myself regularly hence I thought I'd join them!

As the owner of Paris, a lively 3 year old tabby, it's true to say I quite simply love cats! Paris is one of a number of cats I have owned over the years including previous cats I've rehomed through Cats Protection League. Having looked after Paris since a kitten and often looking after my sister's five cats, I think I've seen most things that our furry friends do.

I'm trustworthy (ex special constable in the Met Police for 10 years), familiar with technology (can send pics) and security (including house alarms) but most importantly love playing, grooming, cuddling cats and can handle litter trays, electronic cat feeders if that's what you use. Extensive experience of handling kittens and shy or nervous pets.

Happy to keep an eye on your loved one whilst you're away with pop in visits (no overnight stays available). I can collect post, check anything in the house you're worried about and do plant watering.

I have access to a bike and car - congestion zone car charges would be additional if travel into zone required.
