I'm a journalist working from home and I would love to have more cats in my life.

I've always had cats since when I was a kid and they are my favourite pet. I don't have one in London, though previous flatmates did and I occasionally host my friends' cats at my place when they are on holiday.

I understand their body language, I know what they need and what the usual cat routine looks like. I've cared for cats of all ages so I'm familiar with how their behaviour changes over time.

I'll visit your house, feed the cat(s), change the litter, and play with them if they want some company. I'll send you updates and pictures so you know everything is going well while you're away! I'm happy to water plants and pick up your mail too.

I know it takes a while to gain cats' trust so I'll be gentle with my interactions until we become best friends!
