"Squish That Cat" - Pet Sitting Services (Leicestershire)

Hi, I'm Gem, Shepshed's No.1 cat lover!

For a full time job, I currently work as a procurement administrator for a potato and veg company. Got to love organising things, a good old spreadsheet, and all that jazz! My real passion however, is for my kitty cats, and all things cat (she sits typing this in her new 'Oodie' which is covered with a lovely cat design).

In 2022 I bought my first house with my now husband (a lovely little new build which was completed in May 2022), where we live happily with our 5 little furry babies. Well, 4 furry technically... I shall introduce you:

• Eddard (Ned) - Handsome Tabby and White boy
• Nagini - Gorgeous Ginger and White girl
• Sauron - Beautiful Black girl
• Shadowfax - Fluffy Pretty White girl
• Albus - Handsome Naked Boy (Sphynx)

Nothing beats coming home from a long day at work to be greeted by these little faces, head boops, meows, and so so many toe beans! ♥

As a Cat Sitter, I would be more than happy to do anything needed, from feeding their favourite foods, to play time with their favourite toys, to essential litter box maintenance and general cleaning of bowls, etc. Anything for the little furry friends.

Times I would be able to visit would include:

Weekdays - Early mornings before work (visit ending at 7:15 latest), and after work (any time from 6pm onwards, but maybe earlier from around 5:30 if I can go on the way home from work and it is agreed beforehand).

Weekends - Any time.

Happy to do an overnight stay if needed.

I would love to give your precious babies lots of treats (if allowed of course), and so much love and attention whilst you are not around to do so!

I will also be happy to administer any oral medications, as we have had to do this a number of times in the past for our poor Ned... and Nagini and Albus both require monthly tablets instead of the spot on flea treatment, so this is a task I can gladly undertake if necessary.

As a (not just) Cat Sitter, I am very open to helping out with other small pets, such as rabbits and little rodents. Before being allowed cats in my rental house, I had a number of hamsters and gerbils, and helped my partner to look after his degus too, so have plenty of experience with these nibbly little friends, and will gladly look after them too whilst you are away. Plants can also be watered, and dogs walked in evenings and on weekends.

I am not currently police checked, but until recently I always worked in the Care industry (home care, care home, hospital, dentist), so I have always had a lot of CRB / DBS checks, all of which found no dirt on me of course! Happy to have a check done if necessary.
