Lauren was the perfect sitter. She took the time to come round before our holiday to meet Ronnie, get to know our flat and to understand how to best look after him. She was in contact with us everyday, sending lots of photos and letting us know how he was getting on. She is obviously experienced in looking after cats and even offered to keep our keys for longer in case our flight was delayed.

Lauren is great. This was the second time she’s taken care of Pam, who seemed very pleased to see her again!

Lauren always takes excellent care of our cat - he was even sleeker and happier on our return than before we went away. She's considerate, punctual, knows exactly how often to update and reassure us, and left everything spick and span. Highly recommended.

Reliable cat sitting :)

Lauren was a fantastic cat sitter for our cat Laika!! She kindly accommodated a last minute change in our schedule, and also took on the task of giving Laika medicine twice a day when she developed an upset tummy shortly before our holiday and needed to complete a course of antibiotics. Lauren was very patient and caring, and sent us daily updates so we knew Laika was doing well and feeling better.

I cannot recommend Lauren enough, and we will definitely be using her again!

Once again, Lauren took excellent care of our cat and kept us well informed every step of the way. She's warm, efficient and caring, and seems to have formed a great friendship with Mince Pie. She also took care of loads of extra jobs around the house - watering plants, closing windows and generally keeping an eye on things (without being asked). We felt really reassured to have her there. Lauren is very personable and a good communicator. It was my first time using the site and she went through all the details with me. Lauren was very respectful of our property and extremely patient with our little Onyx who is extremely shy. I would use Lauren again.
