Returned home to contented cats. Rhiannon took great care of them & updated us every day on what they had been up to.

Every time we go away we use Cat in a Flat and we always contact Rhiannon. Rhiannon is brilliant with Gus, she always sends us pictures which help ease our minds whilst we are away.

Rhiannon was great! She was so warm and friendly! She really took the time to get to know the cats and their routine. She would give me updates daily on how they were and send pictures. I know she played with them rather than just leave food and leave. This meant a great deal as it put my mind at ease that they had some interaction whilst I was away. I will definitely use Rhiannon in the future and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cat sitter. Even when one of my babies wasn’t interested in her wet food Rhiannon tried to feed her with a fork to see if she would eat any but she was just having a diva moment. The fact she tried to feed her one on one showed her true dedication to looking after my cats. You really can’t go wrong by using Rhiannon if you want 5 star card!

Rhiannon looked after our lovely Gus whilst we were away for 6 days. Rhiannon was happy to come to our house before we left in order to meet Gus and go through his routine. She made us feel very comfortable throughout our entire trip, keeping in contact with messages and photographs. Putting our minds at ease that he was well looked after whilst we were on holiday. We returned to lovely handwritten letter from Rhiannon about her time spent with Gus and the house was very tidy, along with all the plants watered and the bins put away. I will definitely be asking Rhiannon to look after Gus again and would highly recommend her.

I dearly recommend Rhiannon to look after your cat. She's responsible, reliable, respectful and does not hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure your pets get the appropriate care. She communicated on regular basis, sending update messages or photos of happy pets! All was tidy when we came home: the litter, the water, the food...even the post!
