Ashely was very clear communicating before and after, reliable, and my cat has been v. happy both times she has cat sit for me.

Ashley was very friendly, helpful and responsive. She sent regular updates and kept me in the loop frequently. As someone who had never done the process she was very accommodating. She was happy to give my shy girl her medication. Would recommend her.

Ashley looked after our kitties for almost two weeks. We received daily updates. The kitties were happy when we got back! Thanks!

Ashley was excellent looking after Maverick, I would not hesitate to recommend her and I will definitely use her again in the future. I was sent photos and updates everyday . After a week away I came home to clean food bowls and litter tray. Maverick is a rescue cat and not used to strangers but Ashley won him over in no time. Highly recommended!!

Ashley is fantastic! She has watched my cat Noodle twice now and is very quick to respond. She sends a message and a picture each day. When she came round the second time to collect the keys, it was lovely to see that Noodle was happy to see her and how well they got on! I will be booking with her again in the future.

It is the second time that Ashley looks after my cats and does a wonderful job! Both cats love her and it takes a huge pressure off my shoulders knowing I can go on holidays without worrying about them because Ashley will be looking after them.

Started out relatively stressful as she lost the key, meaning I had to source one from my letting agency whilst on holiday.

Was provided regular updates during my trip with pictures and no issues raised.

However once I returned home I was greeted with a litter tray which clearly hadn’t been emptied or cleaned in several days.

The proof is in the kitty pudding - my cat usually greets me with anxious meowing if I’m gone for even half a day, but seemed perfectly calm and well settled when I was back from my trip while Ashley catsitted. That says it all really!

Ashley was very prompt with correspondence and came to meet me and my cat Max before sitting which was great. Max decided to not make a single appearance for any of the 3 visits (he is a lockdown cat so not used to other people in the flat) but Ashely kept me up to date and reassured me he was ok with news of items/toys moved in her absence, paw marks on the bed and food consumed. Glad to say he appeared when I got home and was very happy to see me with a special drool while purring and kneading me - both firsts!

We engaged Ashley to look after our cat Lilly while we went on holiday for two weeks. Our cat is a very timid we sole and we were very anxious about leaving her.

Ashley put us at ease straight away right from the very first meeting we had with her. She took on board everything that we had advised her about our cat's needs and nothing seemed to phase her and nothing was too much trouble, not even trying to get a photo of our cat to reassure us that she was in good health.

When we returned from our cat greeted us almost immediately (usually she would not speak to us for hours!!). and what really impressed us was how chilled out our cat was - I honestly think our cat enjoyed the 2 week break from us.

I would definitely recommend Ashley to look after your beloved pet and yes we will definitely be engaging with her again should we have to go away and leave the flat overnight.

This was our first time using Cat in a Flat and Ashley made the whole process run smoothly. She has experience of using the service before and when we first met she was very knowledgeable about the forms we needed to sign before giving over keys etc. Ashley showed a real love of cats, and I felt very comfortable leaving my cat with her. Ashley was really flexible and accommodating throughout her time looking after Clio and kept us updated on email and on the website to make sure that we were receiving pictures and information about Clio. It was very reassuring and Clio seemed very happy and settled when we returned. I will definitely ask Ashley to come and look after Clio again!
