Yoga & mindfulness teacher & long-term cat owner / lover!

Based in Frinton-on-Sea, though happy to travel for overnight / longer stays, I am lucky enough to teach gentle yoga and mindfulness alongside being a long-standing cat owner! Myself and my partner currently have a dog and two rescue cats, Molly and Thelma; our previous cats, both also rescues, lived for almost 20 years. I grew up with numerous cats and dogs so have hardly known life without trusted furry friends. I love looking after cats and the cuddles and companionship that comes with this way of life. In a long-ago life I was a journalist and still write for our own businesses - a yoga and meditation studio and software company. I like to think I am reliable and efficient! Happy to cover immediate local areas to Frinton and to travel further afield for overnight / longer stays. I am rather good at dispensing cuddles and treats!
