Kerry did a perfect job of looking after our kitties. She visited twice a day and stayed until she was sure they were safely in for the night. Kerry responded very quickly to our initial catinaflat request. She was in touch throughout our holiday with pictures of our girls to reassure us they were happy and safe. It was the first time that we used Cat in a flat and we were very lucky to find Kerry. She was really helpful during the process being easily available by whatsapp, Kerry was also was kind enough to help us to fix some mix up with our keys. While we were away, Kerry sent us regularly some messages and pictures of our two cats easing thus our time abroad. When our cats welcomed us we saw that they were both relaxed and well fed. A very good experience and we are recommending Kerry.

Kerry has cared for our cats on two occasions and we have really appreciated her friendly, responsible approach. She was very attentive to our blind tabby and easily befriended our current, slightly nervous brother and sister cats. We loved the regular updates and pictures of them when we were away. My second booking with Kerry, flawless experience like the first time, came home to a happy cat. Didn't have to worry one moment about my fur baby at home, so could just enjoy a weekend away.

We have recently moved house, so this was my first time booking Kerry and the first time I had to leave my little fur baby alone for two whole weeks.. Kerry was fantastic! She sent daily updates about Micio and even got her a toy on Christmas day! It was an immense relief to know she was taking such good care of my cat and it eased the guilt of going away for so long.

Kerry did a fab job of looking after our pampered pair, she was polite, friendly, organised and obviously a cat lover :) The cats were calm and content when we got home, Kerry had even gone the extra mile to get a hairball out of our fluffy rug!!

When the cat sitter we've used previously wasn't available, I used Cat in a Flat and got in touch with Kerry, as she lives just down the road, and it's always reassuring to know that someone lives close in case there's an emergency, or in case there's a sudden snowfall or whatever else might make it difficult for someone living across town to come over.

When meeting, it's clear that Kerry loves cats (having two of her own) and while it's always nervous to use a new pet sitter, I was comfortable leaving our two in her charge. We agreed to use Instagram to stay in touch, and she sent pictures of the cats every day (the cats were clearly very comfortable with her) along with some really cute messages from them, or just messages from her. The boys even got a present from Santa on Christmas Day, which was unexpected but a really nice touch.

All in all, I'm really happy with Kerry and would be delighted to have her look after the boys for us again. :)
