Anna has again been the perfect feeder/sitter: reliable, perfect communications including WhatsApp pictures every day we were away, and offered playtime and snuggles. My normally timid cat loves her, is relaxed and has been well cared for. Very happy to have found Anna, and highly recommend her.

Not used CIAF before but we thought our rescue would be happier at home than in a cattery. Anna was the perfect, thoughtful carer, treating our cat with respect and consideration, allowing her to engage on her own terms and was kind and gentle. Sent pics on WhatsApp and was excellent all round. Will definitely use Anna again, recommend her 100%

Anna has been the best cat sitter we have ever had. Super diligent, attentive, she respected our cats and our property. Anna spent time playing with cats and even managed to administer medication to my grumpy senior lady. We received daily updates with photos - super nice. Anna took great care of our older cat! She spent lots of time playing with her, giving her a fuss and some treats, and let her enjoy some time on the balcony. We got daily updates with photos and videos, which helped us to relax knowing that our cat was being well looked after and kept company! Anna has been the favourite catsitter of our little one all these years. Our cat Lexi is very shy and never shows up until the 5th day when we are away. With Anna, Lexi showed up already on the second day and they never stopped playing and cuddling! It made us very happy to all the daily photos and videos that Anna sent while we were away. Anna was absolutely amazing with our fur baby! Gave her lots of cuddles and play time, helped out with litter box and furball mishaps, and followed her food routine exactly. She also communicated to us frequently during the whole stay giving us extra peace of mind. Us and the kitty give five stars!

Anna was extremely attentive, kind and caring towards our nervous (and very demanding!) cat. We had to go away for 3 days after only very recently relocating to London. Anna reassured us that our cat was in safe hands - she tailored her services to meet our cat's needs and checked what her favourite food is, whether she is allowed any treats and if she was okay with catnip toys. She even bought her a little catnip toy which she still plays with now! Anna kept in touch with me over Whatsapp whilst we were away and sent plenty of videos/photos and updates during her visits. I have no hesitation in booking Anna again next time we need to go away. Very highly recommended!

A brilliant cat sitter! For the first time ever our cat was not stressed by our leave. Our cat is very shy and usually hiding from strangers but she accepted Anna without a problem and seemed super happy to be with her. Anna sent us loads of photos and movies and did much more than was expected. Easy to communicate and reliable and she clearly knows her way around cats - I felt I could completely trust her with our kitty. She even brought a sardine toy which our cat adores! I will be booking her again!

Anna was great with my furry little monsters, even managing to get on with my super timid cat! It was very hot while I was away and Anna kept an eye out for them making sure that there were enough windows open to get them some air and coming back to check on them in the evenings. I can heartily recommend Anna to look after your furry friends!
