I feel so upset writing this. Louise got the day wrong and left early, when I messaged she apologised and said she was going back but she didn’t. Meaning my cats went without food for 32 hours! She also said she would arrive at 7pm the Friday but didn’t till 10:45pm. I’ve called and messaged since coming home but she’s ignored them. I’m devastated.

We booked in Louise for a second time to care for our orange man Scrabble and again she proved to be a reliable and trustworthy cat-in-a-flatter. Would definitely recommend!

Louise was a fantastic cat-sitter: she kept in communication before and during our time away, listened carefully to our requests and provided our orange boy Scrabble with cuddles and playtime, essential considering his dog-like craving for human attention. Louise seems to deeply care about animals. She made sure Mew had plenty of water during the recent heatwave and kept Mew company while I was away - playing with her and giving her plenty of treats.

Louise looked after our cat for a second time as we were so happy the first time! She provided lots of photos and daily updates which were nice to get.
