About Me

Cat sitter in London

Hi, I’m Brita, a cat sitter based in Crouch End, where I live with a cat, Edgar, who fully believes he’s in charge (and honestly, he is).

I grew up with both cats and dogs, so looking after animals has always been second nature. I understand how important it is to leave your cat with someone who genuinely cares and pays attention to the little things — from sticking to routines to knowing when a cat wants cuddles or just a bit of space.

I offer one or two daily visits, and I’m also happy to stay overnight if your cat prefers more company. I’m confident giving oral medication and always take time to get to know each cat’s personality.

I’ll make sure your cat is well looked after while you're away. That includes feeding, fresh water, cleaning the litter box, and spending quality time with them if they’re in the mood. I’m happy to give medication and follow any specific routines or instructions you provide. I can also send photo or video updates so you can see how they’re doing.

    Brita is very lovely and I felt really confortable leaving Colette the cat with her. Our cat is not one to love people straight away and somehow she loved Brita! She also made sure to keep us updated with a few pics which was lovely!

    I cannot recommend Brita highly enough! Brita went above and beyond, spending extra time to get my cats used to her and playing with them. She communicated very well and provided lots of photos while I was gone and helped with the medication of one of my cats. I came home to two very happy & well fed boys. Thank you!
