Caring and homely cat sitting in and around Edinburgh

Hi there!

I am a 30yr old who has lived in Edinburgh for the past 5 years. I was brought up in North Wales being surrounded by a plethora of different animals, as my father was an animal trainer and farmer. Although we had a few dogs in the house, we also had a big family of cats (around 7-8) which were primarily taken care of by me and my sister. They were an absolute joy to have in our home, brought me great comfort when spending time and playing with them, and of course fantastic snugglers!

I produce and write music to sell online as a part-time job, which is mainly classical and folk music (nothing too loud!). Doing this type of job in the city tends to make the days quite isolating and sometimes lonely, and having been brought up in the mountains of Wales with so many animals around me, I do find myself missing tending and caring for them. Honestly just having the presence of a pet brings so much comfort and joy to myself, so this type of job seems ideal for an animal lover like me :).

I am more than happy to travel outside of the city to help you, as its a nice little adventure for myself as well!

I provide very personable and loving pet-sitting. I have a couple of friends I already cat/dog-sit for so the environment of pet-sitting is nothing new for me. Whether you'd like me to shower them in treats or hold back for dietary reasons (or other), I am happy to oblige either way!

As I said previously, taking care of a pet brings me a lot of personal joy and comfort, so whether it be a quick hour visit, a day or a few nights, I am more than happy to take care of your wee animal.

I also have experience with caring for bigger animals (large dogs/horses), along with a few rodents, rabbits and reptiles that I've had the pleasure to take care of. Please contact me for further details on that if needed!
