This is my second booking with Lu and I’m just as pleased as the first time! So is my cat, who is very nervous but looks like she really enjoys his visits.

Lu was absolutely brilliant! He was so kind and patient with my very nervous kitten and was very patient and attentive with her. He managed to make friends with her very quickly which is a miracle in my books as she's very nervous around strangers!
