Annie was incredible! She came over beforehand to meet my cat, took detailed notes, and made sure she knew everything. During the stay, she sent tons of photos and videos daily and even brought a toy my cat adored. She went above and beyond—I’d book her again in a heartbeat (and will!)!

This is the second time Annie has looked after Wilf and she was fantastic. Wilf was really well cared for and Annie sent us regular updates, including pictures and videos. Annie also watered our garden and open/closed curtains whilst we were away. Will definitely book Annie again - she’s fab!
