Thank you Sarah. This was our first time leaving katsu with someone other than family and Sarah put us so at ease. She kept in contact with us, sharing photos. Katsu is a timid cat and she took to Sarah very quickly. Sarah was very professional and made the key pick up/ drop off very convient for us.

Sarah was fantastic, she sent updates each day on our two grumpy cats and put food out each evening for my visiting hedgehogs! Thank you so much Sarah 😊

Incredibly impressed with the whole experience - returned from holiday to find the cats chilled, happy and clearly having been well cared for in our absence. Sarah was a wonderful sitter for my cat Neptune. She spent time getting to know Neptune's routine prior to looking after him and whilst I was away. Sarah gave Neptune quality time and fussing with plenty of cuddles. She also kept in touch with updates and photos. Neptune was happy upon my return and I would recommend Sarah highly.

I've never left my cats with someone they didn't know before so was slightly apprehensive initially. I didn't need to worry though as Sarah was brilliant with communication and followed up with some lovely pictures during my time away.
