Great as always! Very reliable and sends regular updates & pics. Our cat Lionel is now very elderly and has a number of medical issues but Emma takes good care of him whilst we’re away which helps lessen the worry (a little) 😺

We always ask Emma to look after our cat Humphrey while we're away, in fact she's cat-sat for us for two separate trips in the past month. She's taken time to get to know our shy fussy cat, and it's really reassuring to get regular updates. I'm honestly not sure Humphrey would tolerate being looked after by anyone else now!

Emma is such a great sitter, she always sends pictures of Dotty and looks after her just like I would!

I got home after a week away to find my boys happy and well fed. Emma dealt with a few "accidents" with good humour, and sent updates and photos regularly. Emma clearly loves cats and is very reliable - she does all the practical stuff, and provides plenty of play and cuddles - I know they'll be well looked after when I'm away.

Emma took care of our elderly 2 cats recently and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough! She sent lots of messages and pictures to keep us updated, and spent time getting to know the cats and making sure they had their food & medication. Litter tray was spotless. Both cats seemed very calm and settled so had clearly been well looked after.

Emma has been taking care of our cat, Matisse, several times already, when we go away on holiday. He knows her so well and he's so affectionate with her, I'm sure he can feel how much she loves him! She cuddles him when she feeds him and sends us pictures of him every day, which my kids adore, to show us how happy he is.
