Great as always! Very reliable and sends regular updates & pics. Our cat Lionel is now very elderly and has a number of medical issues but Emma takes good care of him whilst we’re away which helps lessen the worry (a little) 😺

We always ask Emma to look after our cat Humphrey while we're away, in fact she's cat-sat for us for two separate trips in the past month. She's taken time to get to know our shy fussy cat, and it's really reassuring to get regular updates. I'm honestly not sure Humphrey would tolerate being looked after by anyone else now!

Emma is such a great sitter, she always sends pictures of Dotty and looks after her just like I would!

She did an amazing job took care of my. Cat very well even brought him a new toy as he was not eating well. I have received updates every day with pictures I will ensure to book her in future as my cat really likes her

I got home after a week away to find my boys happy and well fed. Emma dealt with a few "accidents" with good humour, and sent updates and photos regularly. Emma clearly loves cats and is very reliable - she does all the practical stuff, and provides plenty of play and cuddles - I know they'll be well looked after when I'm away.

Emma took care of our elderly 2 cats recently and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough! She sent lots of messages and pictures to keep us updated, and spent time getting to know the cats and making sure they had their food & medication. Litter tray was spotless. Both cats seemed very calm and settled so had clearly been well looked after.

Lovely and very reassuring to have Emma come and feed, cuddle and look after Ludo once again. We feel like he really knows her now. Fantastic as ever.

Emma was very attentive and patient (particularly with the odd "accident"), and the daily photos show how relaxed and happy the boys are with her. They are well fed and the litter trays are cleaned daily. I find Emma very trustworthy and reliable, and the cats clearly enjoy her company.

Emma did a fabulous job looking after my boys last week. She dealt with the "accidents" near the litter tray with good humour. She provided plenty of play and cuddles for the demanding Frankie, and had won shy Jimbo around by the end of the week, judging by the daily photos and updates. Emma has been taking care of our cat, Matisse, several times already, when we go away on holiday. He knows her so well and he's so affectionate with her, I'm sure he can feel how much she loves him! She cuddles him when she feeds him and sends us pictures of him every day, which my kids adore, to show us how happy he is.
