Compassionate Cat Care

Hi I’m Melissa and I’m 40 years old. I own 2 dogs, my youngest is 7 and my old girl is 15 years old! I owned a cat when I was younger (a mischievous tabby called Kitty) but I don’t think my dogs would appreciate a feline friend at the moment sadly. I would love to have cat friends in my life again so this would be the best of both worlds for me!

I currently work in hospitality but I previously worked in the veterinary industry for 8 years. I have experience in medicating and injecting multiple species of animal and I have also cared for poorly/disabled pets.

I have cared for cats professionally and personally and I am very aware that no two cats have the same needs or wants. I am happy to give cuddles and affection to cats who would enjoy that and I am also happy to give more independent cats the space that they need.

I have previously looked after my friends cats while they were away on holiday and will always accommodate any requests from owners specific to their pet(s). Your cats routine should remain how they like it as a sudden change can be upsetting to many animals.
