About Me
"Check The Cat" Sitting Service
Hello fellow Cat Parents! I have 1 cat at the moment, Milly. She is in a long line of cats that have shared my life. I have had cats from kittens through to 20 year old, oldies, so have hands on experience of cat life!
I love that you want to leave your pets in their familiar surroundings, and I guarantee as a trustworthy, mature, responsible lady, your feline friends will be safe and very well looked after, also your homes secure and respected, in my care.
I worked for a year in a Cattery, where the residents were given top class care, but some cats were so stressed in the alien environment, I knew I wanted to become a Cat Sitter so more cats could have an option to stay at home! Less stress for our feline furbabies when us cat parents go away. Now I see happy cats! I have been doing this for 1 year now, and so glad I did. I can also administer medication, orally and by injection, and follow special dietary requirements to ensure your cats get the same care you give them!
I work as a cleaner in a Primary School in the late afternoon/early evenings and as the key holder, I set the alarm and make sure the building is secure before I leave. This work requires me to have a PVG Membership which is the Advanced Disclosure Police Check. I assure you of my capabilities and credibility. I also drive school minibus transport in the mornings and afternoons which also requires a full PVG check. I should say, I fit in my catsitting duties around these 2 jobs which have set hours and times.
I live, in Bucksburn, with my family which is my daughter, an elderly relative and our cat. As mum of the house, I happily nurture, clean and look after their wellbeing and would treat your feline households as good as my own!
My sitting service is called “Check The Cat” and that’s what I aim to do! I would visit your furry friends as often as needed to ensure all is well and have a good check that they and their surroundings are clean, safe and they have all the food and water they need, and of course spend time with them! My areas ideally would be Bucksburn, Mugiemoss, Auchmill, Stoneywood, Dyce and Kingswells, to keep travel at a minimum, but all areas in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire are welcome also. This is reflected in my rates to cover travel costs. My specified ideal areas and returning customers, may have reduced rates offerred at enquiry stage, as there are minimal travel expenses within those areas and Meet and Greet has already been done.
I will deal effectively with any unforeseen problems if they arise.
Plenty of photos or videos will be sent to you so you can say “Check The Cat!” as they are Loving Their Best Lives!
Give me a call and we can arrange a Meet and Greet to discuss what you need and Thank you for reading my profile!
