About Me

Cat Mum in East Edinburgh 💕

Hello! I am Amy and a lifetime cat lover. I have always grown up with cats and now have 2 one year old kitties. Leo, a mischievous ginger who I’ve had since a kitten, and loving Mia, an adopted kitty who has just found her forever home here this year and is settling in well. 🐈 🐈‍⬛

I know how difficult it is to leave my babies for any amount of time so want to be available to help others to take care of theirs.

I work as a Dispensing Optician so I am part of the PVG scheme and pride myself in being caring and reliable - to people and cats!

I have volunteered with Cats Protection in the past, visiting catteries and helping with fundraising ☺️

I can give lots of cuddles and feed at appropriate, instructed times. I can come to your home morning and evening to care for the cats. I can play with cats, wand toys etc, giving them some active time too. I also know how important regular litter tray maintenance is with my two so will ensure this is done to a cat’s high standard!

If you would like photo updates I love to do those too!

Happy to do any additional plant watering or other small jobs if discussed prior.

    This is the third time we ask Amy to take care of our three cats and our cats love her. We can really relax while being away knowing that she’s taking care of them. She’s also great at accommodating with emergencies and last minute notice.

    We had complete peace of mind while on holiday. It's the second time Amy has looked after our cats, fish and plants! She takes great care of them and we had daily photos and updates. One of our cats is elderly and needs a bit more attention which Amy was able to give her. I would highly recommend Amy.

    We would highly recommend Amy to look after your cats. She is very reliable and went above and beyond to make sure our cats were happy and fed while we were away. Great communication and updates. Our cats loved her, they weren't even grumpy with us for going on holiday. We will definitely use Amy again for future bookings.
