Cat lover who knows that the Cats are in charge

Rachael was great at communicating and sending lots of pictures of my little fur babies. Super reliable and will definitely book again when we go away! The kitty cats were still super happy when we got home. Thank you Rachael! X

Rachel did an amazing job of looking after Holly and Noel. She sent me daily photos and videos of them and kept me informed of how they were doing which is very reassuring and will definitely ask Rachel to keep looking after them in the future.

Rachael looked after out cats so well while we were on holiday. I was anxious to leave them as one is old and the other is very nervous but after a day or two they were happily playing with Rachael and seemed so happy. Rachael sent videos and updates so I never had to worry about how they were doing and we will definitely use her again.

Rachael cared for Maggie for us as we had 11 days in turkey, she came twice a day and fed, changed litter tray, let her in and out of the garden and spent time with Maggie so she didn't feel lonely. This has been done multiple times for us and rachael has always been great and we really appreciate it as Maggie is an old girl and rachael understand

Had a few days away and rachael looked after Maggie as she she has done a few times before, she went above and beyond this time though as we had a large amount of snow and she still got to Maggie and as always did a great job.

Very good app, our sitter was lovely and we wasn't as ignored by Maggie when we returned so she obviously approved of Rachel, no problems and are very happy with the overall service, have used before and will do so again, have also recommended to friends and family
