About Me

Reliable cat loving in Cambridge :)

Hey! I’m a scientist looking to spend more time with cats. I grew up having cats in the house and I miss having them - I would if I wasn’t renting!

I cat sat throughout my degrees, including a blind cat (I studied animal welfare & behaviour at the Royal Vet College so we got a lot of requests!).

I love all animals - but cats have a special place in my heart, which is why I’m here!

I understand how stressful leaving your pet is and I will provide you with the peace of mind to enjoy your time away. If your cat needs more attention, I have a recently renewed love for reading so I can bring along a book and hang out for a while.

I can provide:

  • meet & greet before booking
  • daily photo & text updates, as many as you would like
  • cuddles (or not, if kitty prefers)
  • play time (again - or not, kitty dependent)
  • brushing
  • treats
  • litter cleaning

and...

  • care for other pets
  • plant watering
  • mail collection/taking bins out for collection

Please note I work in a lab in London, whilst my work schedule is fairly flexible as I can usually adjust my start/finish time, I am commuting on Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri and work remotely on Wednesdays. We can discuss further your specific needs. I do also have a bike and car, so I can travel further provided there is parking or somewhere safe for me to keep my bike!

    Taja looked after Toto wonderfully. She sent regular updates and we came home to a super relaxed and happy cat. Toto often gets stressed alone and for some days after, so we were so happy to see her how calm she was on our return. We would happily book Taja again and definitely plan to, she did a fantastic job with Toto and kept our home safe.

    I could not have asked for a better cat sitter. Taja spent time giving my cats attention and sent daily photos and reports. I typically have some stress about leaving my cats when I go away and she made that so much easier. I highly recommend!!!
