Professional cat herder

Hi, my name is Jen I live in Cononley and work as project manager in IT, which is often described as herding cats! Luckily I’ve always been a cat person and appreciate their stubborn and funny attitudes.

I have had a couple of stray cats adopt me in the past (Just kept hanging round and coming in the house). I currently have a 4 year old blue British Shorthair called Gladys who is not a cuddler and has generously been described by my friends as "spirited".

I've always been lucky enough to have friends to foist Gladys on when I've been away and have never been keen to put her in a cattery and would just like to offer a similar arrangement to others.

I like to work with you to best understand the needs of your cat. Whether they need some entertaining while your away or need a bit of a cuddle on the sofa for reassurance I will listen to what you advise as the person that knows your cat best.

I work from home so can be flexible with visit times and last minute bookings, so feel free to get in touch even if your trip is very soon.

Happy to feed, brush, let in and out of the house and do whatever it is to give your cat some continuity of service in the place they are used to while you’re away.

Also more than happy to pick up your post, water plants turn lights on/off and those kinds of house admin things too.
