About Me

Experienced Cat Sitter

Hi, I'm Lora, I moved to the North East from Scotland 3 years ago and I live in Penshaw but work the whole of the North east (Kingston to Teesside) so I am super flexible with the area and timings. This makes me available to cat sit any time of the year (as long as I'm not away on holiday myself :) ).

I've been a cat-owner and cat-lover since birth, and I currently have a 11 year old Sassy Queen called Clu and a 3 year old, absolute menace of a Prince call Tao, both of which are housecats.

I am that crazy cat lady who makes friends with all the cats, wherever I go and jump at the opportunity to look after anyone's angels. It would be my pleasure to take care of your kitty for you while you're away :)

I can cover a pretty large area due to the flexibility in my job, so anywhere in Sunderland, Durham and Newcastle area(within reason). I am happy to feed, refresh water, scoop (and clean if your trip is long enough to require it) litter trays, provide treats if you're happy for me to do so, and most importantly play with and give some love and attention to your cat while you're away. Visits will last approximately 20-40 minutes depending on how much needs doing. My own cats are housecats so I understand the importance of being careful about not letting cats out when entering a property. I will keep you updated whilst you are away with daily photos and updates of your cat during my visits so you can see how they're getting on. I'm also happy to do other basic jobs like watering plants, opening/closing curtains, and setting aside the post if you'd like. If there's anything that you'd like me to do that I haven't listed, please let me know in your message and we can definitely discuss it and see if it's something I can do :)

    Lora is one of the loveliest people you’ll ever meet. It was the first time I’ve ever left my cats and she made it soo much easier for me, put my mind at rest. She was amazing with the cats, kept me up to date everyday with pictures of my babies. And the cats loved her. Proper cat lady! I would highly recommend her 😊
