Vlatka is a particularly great cat-sitter: reliable, reassuring, and thoughtful. She sent lovely images/videos with each of her visits to Marlon and it was clear that as well as taking care of his basic needs, she really bonded with him, sensitively following his lead in this. Five shining stars!

After our initial meeting I was confident that Vlatka would be an ideal person to look after my cat last month. He is very nervous of new people but Vlatka was very calm and encouraging and over time he responded to her. She sent me daily updates, including details of what he had eaten, and photos so that I could see how he was.

Vlatka was amazing! She was very friendly and communicative before and during our trip. Her video and photo updates of our cat after each visit meant we could relax knowing our he was in good hands and even as he is shy he took to Vlatka fast. We came home to a very happy cheeky chappy! Vlatka did a great job looking after my shy and timid cat Loki, who seemed to warm up to her more with every visit. The timely updates after each visit really put my mind at ease as I knew Loki was doing well while I was away.
