Cat & Plant sitting

My name is Lucy and I have had and loved cats my whole life. I currently have 3 rescues, aged 2, 3 and 18. I also foster cats, including pregnant cats and kittens, and very timid adult cats. I'm used to getting to know cats at their own pace and making them feel comfortable around me. My love of cats and other animals extends to being a volunteer for the local RSPCA branch, where I am currently a trustee. I am a self employed garden designer, and have worked as a maintenance gardener so you can be assured that I can provide any plants you may have with the required care. I also share my house with around 150 houseplants! These are my husbands domain really, but I'm more than competent to look after them.

I'm happy to discuss any services you may require to keep your cats happy while you are away, and will be happy to come and meet them and you prior to you going away. I will of course do the usual feeding, providing water, and maintaining clean litter trays. I'm very used to administering medication regularly. I can provide socialisation to suit your cat/s personality and needs such as stroking, playing, treat giving, brushing etc. I understand there are some cats who won't like a strange lady coming into their territory and may prefer to be left alone as much as possible! My experience is mainly with cats, but I am happy to look after small animals as directed by yourself. Of course I am happy to water plants indoors and out as they require. I understand it can be worrying to leave your pets alone, so will happily send you photo updates as often as you would like :-) I have a DBS certificate I can show you on request.
