Paws, Play & Peace of Mind Cat Sitting

Hi, I’m Sathya, a lifelong cat lover based in Harrow. I’ve worked in a veterinary practice as a Veterinary Care Assistant, where I was hands-on with cats (and all other types of animals) every day — from routine care to emergencies, rescues and nursing anxious or unwell cats back to confidence. I supported the clinical team, comforted stressed cats and helped build trust with even the most nervous patients.

Alongside this, I volunteered for over a year with Cats Protection in my spare time, which gave me experience with all kinds of personalities — confident kittens, shy rescues, seniors, and the brilliant “I’ll come out when I decide” cats.

Cats tend to warm to me naturally because I’m soft-spoken, gentle and patient. I take time to learn their body language and respect their boundaries so they feel safe. I love watching nervous cats settle, curious cats play, and the affectionate ones make me their new favourite person.

I offer flexible daily visits tailored to your cat’s routine — feeding, fresh water, litter cleaning, playtime, enrichment and quiet companionship.

I’m confident supporting all personalities, including shy, scared or previously rescued cats. With veterinary experience, I know how to approach anxious cats slowly, read their body language and build trust at their pace.

I’m a big believer in giving cats my full attention — whether that means sitting quietly with a shy cat until they feel brave, playing their favourite game, or staying longer for cuddles and chin rubs when they’re affectionate. I’m patient, soft-spoken and happy to go at each cat’s speed.

I send photo/video updates every visit so you can enjoy your time away knowing your cat is safe, relaxed and getting love and routine.

For friendly and confident cats, I’m happy to stay longer for cuddles, games and company. For independent cats, I’ll make sure they feel safe, seen and not crowded.
