Always a pleasure to have Jo look after Wren! She keeps me well updated and gives Wren all the attention she needs while I am away.

Getting Jo to cat sit was the best decision I have made. She loves cats and takes note of any particular quirks my cats may have. She keeps a regular routine for feeding and caring. My cats like her and they are always relaxed after she has been. I am recovering from an operation and getting her to cat sit was the best decision I made.

Joanne is a great carer and you can tell by the way she interacts with your cat. She followed all the instructions I gave and always updated me with a video everyday. My cat Churro took a liking to her and I would definitely book her again during my next travels.

Perfect sitting as always! We were camping with limited reception so Jo ensured to send us messages as well as videos which we could watch whenever we had WiFi. We also had an issue with our cat food being delivered which Jo sorted out whilst we were away - she really goes above and beyond, couldn't ask for more! Our cats absolutely love her.

Jo recently looked after our 3 cats and was fantastic, as always. She communicated clearly with when we were away and made sure to give attention to all 3 of them. She made a particular effort to get to know our 6 month old rescue kitten, who is very nervous with new people. Jo was really patient with him and gave him lots of time.

Jo looked after our 2 cats a lot over August and was absolutely fantastic. We felt totally comfortable going away for a longer period of time knowing our cats would be so well looked after. Jo made such an effort to play with both of them and really knows their different personalities. Whilst we were away, one of our cats wasn't very well and Jo went above and beyond to ensure we were informed about symptoms and was really pro-active in looking after them so when we came back we could pick up where she left off. I would not hesitate booking Jo again and cannot recommend her enough.

Joanne is an absolute star! Before the first visit she came to meet Sushi and checked her routine which made me feel more comfortable letting a stranger into my home while I was away. Joanne sends daily videos which really help when you're missing your fur baby and they became a daily routine that we looked forward to. Joanne was the perfect cat sitter and I highly recommend her. I got some very bad news from the vet a couple of days before going on holiday that our cat had an inoperable tumour. I felt very anxious about leaving him but Joanne took on the job and was superb and made going away much less stressful. She was flexible about when she visited to ensure she saw him and spent plenty of time with him ensuring he ate and keeping him company (he's a very sociable cat). Jo looked after Sookie whilst I was on a very long and far away trip, I was a little nervous at first as I had never left her with a sitter before, but I couldn't be happier. I received daily photos and videos of Sookie playing and eating treats. She's quite a nervous cat around strangers but Jo was very gentle and caring with her, I was so happy to see that she was in good hands. When I came back Sookie was acting as she had never missed me, and that says a lot because she's so attached to me!

Shame Jo is not taking new bookings at the moment but looking forward to getting in touch with her for ALL my future bookings.

5* Jo was wonderful She took care of Seb wonderfully, with the added complication of Seb not being completely well at the moment! The decision to leave him wasn't easy.. But when i met Jo, i knew she'd take care of him. Which she did! A difficult job, as Seb needed extra encouragement to eat... Due to the treatment he is having and is pretty fragile due to his treatment and age. Her videos daily really helped me to stress less about him, and by the end of the time Seb was eating much more and looking much better.. I think her calming nature helped with that. Much calmer than I've been during his treatment. I came back to a chilled out cat, that was doing really well, relaxed and happy. I'm so grateful to Jo for taking care of him. This wouldn't have been a job for everyone. I would recommend Jo, she has that cat whisperer touch, you will come home to a happy cat, clean home, while waking up to daily pictures, videos and updates. Couldn't have been happier... I'm sure Seb misses Jo's calming voice and Happy Monday chats.. They made me smile... We all watched the videos each day while away... Thank you Jo, you gave me the peace of mind I needed while away. As always, we know our cats are in very good care when Jo is looking after them - she sends us detailed updates every day along with photos so we can see they are well and happy and enjoying some playtime. This was the first time we used this website and a sitter so we were very anxious how this was going to work: whether the cats die from heart attack seeing a stranger twice a day or starve themselves to death under the sofa. Fortunately it all worked out fine. Joanne certainly knows how to look after cats. Very happy with her looking after our pets, we could enjoy our holiday. Joanne sent us a video of her visits twice a day which was very entertaining. We could check how our cats check how our cats were doing and make sure that they are relaxed and still feel safe in their own environment. Joanne looked after them how we would. She fed them, changed water and litter and also played with them twice a day. Very happy.

Joanne was fantastic! She absolutely went above and beyond spending lots of time with Miso to make sure she was a happy girl while we were away. It was our first time leaving Miso so we were a bit anxious, but Joanne kept us up to date with daily videos and pictures of all their adventures - thinking up new games and activities to help keep Miso distracted and active. We would definitely recommend Joanne to anyone looking for a cat sitter - she’s awesome!

Absolutely fantastic! I can say Joanne is the best cat sitter I've ever met! My cat loves her, I can tell from the videos and pictures she sent me on daily basis while I was on holiday, and she made me feel much relieved knowing my cat is in good hands and receiving care and love while I'm not at home. Joanne is brilliant as he is very flexible, reliable and trust worthy. Our cat girl Millie got ill 1 day before holiday which broke our hearts and we considered to cancel the holiday. Millie was proscribed medication and was given antibiotics by the er. Joanne updated us every day of Millie’s progress and how merlin is doing with pictures and videos which was absolutely fabulous! We came back from holiday after 2 weeks and our 2 cats are healthy and active as never before when we went on holiday. Thank you Joanne, you will be our new exclusive cat sitter! 😺

Joanne did an excellent job with looking after my Pudding. As I’ve only had Pudding for one year, this was the first time I used a Catsitter while I was on holiday and I was a little anxious about the process. Joanne made me feel very comfortable with everything. She sent me regular updates with texts, pictures and videos to let me know how pudding was doing, and was also very considerate in maintaining house things like post and watering plants. Jo has provided a great service again (our third booking) and it is so obvious she really knows how to care for cats and communication is great throughout. She spent time playing with each of our two cats individually and sent us regular updates, and we could see from the pictures our cats were relaxed and happy. Jo is also carefully observing anything she may need to alert you to - for example eating habits - and this is really helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jo for your peace of mind and to make sure your cats get the very best care and attention.

Joanne was an exceptional sitter, I can't be more thankful to her. She was lovely to my Borges, played with him and sent me daily pictures and videos of him... just amazing! I could see in the videos that Borges was happy of being playing and spoiled while his dad was away. Excellent service and awesome communication

This is the second time Joanne has looked after our cats, and we were delighted with the care and attention they were given. Joanne is definitely someone who cares for and understands cats very well. We received daily updates and photos so we could see they were enjoying playtime or relaxing, and we also came home to find a detailed report on their activities (what they had got up to, how they had been eating & drinking etc.) waiting for us to read, which was really appreciated. Jo also moved our mail in from the hallway and kindly took in one of our bins that had been left on the pavement by binmen, so as to not "advertise" the fact we were away from home which was very thoughtful. We feel our cats enjoyed her company, and we are looking forward to booking again next time we are going on a trip.

First time we have booked Joanne and were very happy with everything! Great communication throughout with a visit before the actual booking to meet our cats, and she sent photos while we were away showing our cats were happy and relaxed, and enjoying playtime. Have booked again for February and will be confident our cats are in good hands :-)

Joanne has been wonderful with my Zulu. It was the first time I used a cat sitter and I am now totally convinced. I will definitely book Joanne again. Joanne visited my fluffy friend once a day, and sent me an update via text (with videos and pictures) every day. She also provided extra treats for Christmas Day, which I am sure Zulu appreciated. Joanne was also very easy to book and we organised the logistics of briefing and exchanging keys super quickly. On her last day, Joanne left a short report with an update day by day of what she and Zulu did. Overall I felt very comfortable to leave Zulu in her care as she treated Zulu as she was her cat. Jo is very thorough and professional. She took time to ensure that she understood Ace's (and my) needs and went above and beyond while she was here even arranging a little gift from Santa for Ace on Christmas morning!
