Fern looked after my cats for 10 days and did a great job, including managing to give one of them medication (it is a very difficult task). Unlike some people on here who just want the money and come in leave food and go out, Fern spend proper time with cats, playing with them and petting them. She sent decent updates inc videos and photos.

Both our cats felt comfortable around Fern. She was very accommodating to meet in person prior to the booking. Her calm energy is exactly what we needed for our cats. It is obvious that she really cares for animals and loves spending time with them. She also sent us updates each time she visited them, and perfectly followed our instructions.
