She is very reliable, prompt, and professional, and she knows her way around cats. Milo can be a bit shy and scared around other people, but she knew exactly how to win his heart over. Victoria was fantastic from pre meet through to our return, she even took the rubbish out, amazing. She was very responsive at booking and kept us reassured with messages and photos throughout our absence.
