Cat sitter in Shoeburyness

I am a lifelong animal lover and Registered Veterinary Nurse, having worked in this profession since I was 16.

I currently have Sir Sooty, a black and white rescue boy who came to me in 2021. He has become a travelling cat as he spends a couple of days per week with my Dad, who adores him but doesn't want the commitment of a full time pet.

My full time job is now within the NHS and I locum as a vet nurse locally in order to cover staff holidays and so on. I am fully competent in giving medication if needs be and am also DBS checked.

I am happy to cover Shoeburyness, Southend, Southchurch, Wakering. Will happily consider further out if overnight care is required.

I am happy to cover a 3km area mainly, wider areas will be considered depending on my availability.

I am a hugely experienced veterinary nurse and animal lover...also happy to feed small furries as I keep pet rats myself as well.

Your cats will be in safe hands whether they require just food and cuddles and time spent with them, or whether they have more complex needs such as injections or oral medications on a regular basis.

I will always gain your authorisation before you go away to take them to the vets if I have any valid concerns about their health whilst you are away, and will check with you again before I did this (assuming you were contactable). In the event of any serious concerns and I was unable to make contact with you first, I would act in the best interest of your pet.
